Jordan Properties specialises in Bushveld Developments, with the intention of bringing the African wildlife to the public. They have developed Leadwood Big Game Estate in the Hoedspruit area, which is 984 hectares in size, and offers 94 1-hectare free-hold stands, as well as a 32 bed lodge site.

“My involvement in the project is to project manage the development of Leadwood Big Game Estate, and ensure that all construction, services, and other operations run smoothly. The development is currently on sale with approximately 50% sold out, and a total of 70 stands serviced with both water and electricity,” says Patrick Jordan.
