The Marley uPVC waste pipe system is a certified PVC-U system and can be used in conjunction with the soil and vent system for a complete above ground sanitation system that provides a quick, hygienic removal method for sanitary wastewater.
A full complement of fittings is available for 40 and 50mm wastewater applications. Solvent weld joints are also utilised for establishing joints. This jointing method has proven through the years to be economical, efficient and secure for the application.
Marley waste pipes and fittings are manufactured from UV stabilised PVC-U according to SANS 967 specifications. PVC-U, the major material component, is self-extinguishing and will not support combustion. Furthermore, PVC-U is unaffected by coastal or industrial atmospheres, or by the use of domestic cleaning agents.

For non-pressure applications, the Marley B-ring system offers maximum joint integrity. No special tools are required to establish joints and minimal training is required. Performance and Aesthetics
The Marley waste pipe system is a uPVC pipe solution, being white in colour, and offers corrosion resistance and excellent flow rates. The system is tough and offers resistance to impact. As a result, site breakages and other failures are minimal. The system is UV stabilised to prevent weathering and oxidation in Southern Africa’s harsh climate. Completed installations are neat in appearance and will provide many years of service-free use under normal operating conditions.

PVC Waste Traps
Marley PVC waste traps are renowned for ease of use and functionality. The range includes White Waste Traps (EasyTrap Waste Traps) which is Agrement Approved (Cert No. 96/241) as well as Marley Black Waste Traps.
Manufactured from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Marley’s range of Waste Traps will provide many years of use under normal operating conditions. This allows for a certain amount of flexibility where the outlet from the basin, bath or sink does not line up with the pipework. Simply slip the ends over the connection points and tighten the clamps. No solvent welding, no troublesome clips, no hassle and no wasted time.
The Double Sink Combo unit is made so as to accommodate unusual distances between outlets. Simply cut the lateral section and extend with standard PVC waste pipe and the extra clips provided.
